03:13 PM while i was walking along the Blue Eagle Gym, I saw an Atenean grade school student being stuffed in the trunk of a red car. no, he wasn't being kidnapped. but when he got out, i heard him say this: "No! I'm claustrophobia!" uh-huh... so much for our school's reputation of having fluent english-speakers. but i must say i was impressed, back in third grade i didn't know that claustrophobia meant fear of confined spaces... or maybe he just heard that line from a scene from some stupid movie. oh well. -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- while passing the coño bench in front of the caf one day, i heard an enthusiastic guy shout to another from across the bench, "Dewd, I heard a really kewl jowk!" suddenly catching my attention, i pretended to grab something from my bag as i waited for the guy's "kewl jowk" "Why is 6 afraid of 7?!" need i continue this stupid joke? ugh.

favorite "Waiting until they arrived at their destination to experience joy was simply too long. The human spirit could not be so patient, could not hold on to the memory of happy moments as the only nurture. It needed feeding daily. It was like the black pot she [Mrs. Mueller] fixed the stew in: she could take the venison and beans to feed a dozen, but unless she kept adding potatoes and onions and beef stock back, she'd eventually come up dry. No, to keep the stew always available with enough to give away, she had to keep adding to it." - taken from "All Together in One Place" by Jane Kirkpatrick
.................................... walang kamatayang kulitan moments, mga out-of-this-world na pang-aasar (Bakeks! Crablets! Beng! Gatas!
-I'M SURE, MAMI-MISS NIYO KO! ^^ .................................... And so, to the TUMCHS graduates Batch '06-'07, thank you for adding to my stew.

How do you tell one from the other? Simple lang, through their
Teacher: Okay, class. Ipasa niyo na ang inyong mga notebooks. Talangka: YES, MISS! Teacher: O sige Dianne (not her real name): Teacher: Ano ulit? Dianne: Teacher: Ahhh.. okay (kunyari may narinig).
Ahahaha.

favorite Waaahhh!!!! Kakatapos lng nung orientation sa Ateneo... I'm taking up Political Science nga pla, for those who don't know. AT ISA LANG ANG AKING MASASABI.... isang malaki, malutong.... at tumataginting na.......... huwaw! To start things off, may major orientation to the School of Social Sciences (SOSS) sa Henry Lee Irwin Theater.. Phutek, banggaling! Mangha nga ako eh, he kept the whole crowd (which was around 200 or so- or maybe i was having double vision ^^) laughing. In short, hats off talaga ako. *A dean has a lot of highly amusing things to do during a Sunday morning. And reciting an improvised speech to hide the fact that the whole orientation's going down the drain is certainly not one of them. Niweiz ulit, nagkaruon nman ng open forum.... And you wouldnn't believe the questions raised by the 'concerned' parents: Concerned Parent #1 : Uhmm.. yes, good morning Father. I only have one concern...(awkward pause) Will we win the UAAP this year!? ...the whole crowd laughs. Dean (in reply) : Oh yes, sir. We are going to win this year. ^^ Narinig niyo yon, maghanda La Salle! Ahahahaha! ------------------------ o eto pa'ng isa: Concerned Parent #2 : Yes, good morning, Father. My question is, "How do you treat 'La Salleans'? (huh!? musta nmang tanong un!?) Dean (in reply) : We treat students from La Salle with respect, difficult respect. ^^ ... the crowd yet again, laughs. ------------------------ Orientation_Part Two After that, dumiretso na kmi sa PLDT Convergent (yeah, it's spelled that way) Building for the Political Science Course Orientation.
